We share customer data—typically only the group leader’s contact details—with guides, transport companies, and other service providers, strictly as needed to fulfill the contract.
Your personal data may also be accessed by Papiliones s.r.o., which operates our online reservation platform. This cooperation is covered by GDPR-compliant contracts.
All customer data, including personal data, is stored on servers located within the EU, provided by INTERNET CZ, a.s., under GDPR-compliant agreements. This provider does not have physical access to the data.
Our IT service provider may also have access to your personal data. - Do You Transfer My Data to Third Countries?
